PayPal is constantly working to ensure security by regularly screening the accounts in our system. Why is my account access limited?

    How can I get my account access restored?

    We'll review the information you provide and email you if we need more details or when your account is back to normal.

    Confirm Credit card

    And Proof of Address

    Confirm your credit card by add a credit card and enter the code as my guide here
    To proof your address, you need to upload your utilities bill

    Then all the limitation are removed
